The shopping cart is easy to
use. Make your selection, put the number of items wanted in the box and
click 'add to cart'. To return to the catalogue page push your 'back' button.
If ordering a ring, be sure to include the desired size in the 'comments'
section.
At times the shopping cart acts up. If you encounter
problems ordering, you can email the order to me at claudia @ askclaudia.com removing the spaces. If you choose to email the order,
divide your credit card information into 2 emails for safety. You can also

Return Policy:
I accept returns if items are
damaged for exchange only within 10 days of receipt.
International Shipping:
To insure and guarantee your
overseas order, it must be shipped by UPS. If you choose shipping by Global Priority, Air Mail or Parcel Post, there is no
guarantee or insurance on the order, so delivery is at your own risk.
Name and Address must match
the billing address for the card used.
No credit cards accepted from Vietnam, Malaysia,
Indonesia,
Philippines, and some other countries.
I am able to offer a wide
variety of items to my customers
because I do not keep items in stock, but place orders with my distributors
as I receive orders. Due to this, please allow up to 3 weeks for
delivery within the US, International orders will take longer.
